FTP Users
To uplaod your html files or any kind of files to the webhost or web server requires an ftp client. Normally many webhost limit the no of ftp users. The large no of ftp users the more load on the web server. Most of the servers also restrict the no of connections a ftp user can make to the web server and gap or timeout between retries. You can also use a FTP client which has GUI and is easy to use. I recomment Filezilla. Here is a tutorial on Filezilla. Paid hosts may not put much restrictions. But free web host put heavy restrictions on usage of ftp users. Some of them restrict the no of ftp users to 1 per website.
